The above prices are inclusive of all charges including our contribution towards ESI, PF Substitutes for weekly offs, Holidays, Leaves for other absenteeism. It also includes cost of training, equipment and uniforms for summer, monsoons and winter.

TRAINING
|
Prior to commencement of service, it is mandatory for all Max Secure Outsource Pvt. Ltd employees to undertake a basic Security Training Course, which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties.
In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills they are taught the rudiments of First Aid, Fire Fighting and Self-Defense. Basic Course and On the Job Training is given to individuals before they are placed at the site. The School runs various courses such as Basic, Refresher, Specialized and Management courses at various levels.

Approach
|
Max’s training program curriculum has been prepared based in the changing international security trends. Each new security personnel must successfully complete the Basic Training. All courses culminate in written, oral and practical examinations. Guards that pass the course are given a Certificate of Completion. A focus on Quality Awareness is an integral part of all Basic Training.

Supervision
|
In order to provide quality service, MAX gives immense importance to in depth and active on-the-ground supervision. In this regard, a strong operations team comprising of managers, inspectors, and patrolling supervisors carry out checks on all our assignments and guards on a 24 hrs. Basis. Other than the normal supervisory team, each member of support staff, starting from the Executives to the highest level, perform random check at every location.

Government Regulation
|
Each guarding personnel’s are guided through his/her rights and responsibilities within the parameter of the company’s policy. Max’s adhere to all necessary compliances of Government like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, National and Gazetted Holidays. Each employee of Max is entitled 12 CL and 15 privilege/paid holidays also. Max follows the Minimum Wages policy as directed by governing State Governments/Boards.
