Each region maintains a close liaison with the local police authorities to seek advance information of any activities so as to take preventive measures and relay information to the concerned Security officials. Police liaison occurs at all levels, from the local Station House Officers, right up to the most senior Director General of Police levels through the offices of the Internal Security Department of Max which consists of retired Police Officers who work for Max and serve as Consultants to the company.

Over and above, a Service Tax as applicable (Currently @ 10.30%) shall be levied on the total invoice value.

The above prices are inclusive of all charges including our contribution towards ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Substitutes for weekly offs, Holidays, Leaves for other absenteeism. It also includes cost of training, equipment and uniforms for summer, monsoons and winter.

Term And Conditions
|
- The above mentioned deployment rates are on 7 days a week basis and the prices are inclusive of all charges including our contribution towards ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Substitutes for weekly offs, holidays, leaves and other reliever. It also includes cost of training, equipment and uniform for security personnel, etc.
- The rates quoted above are based on wages, cost of materials and other expenses. Incase of variation in the rate of wage as notified by the Government the unit rates shall be revised to absorb the direct increase in wage and the corresponding social security costs involved. Service tax or any other tax shall be effective as per rates notified by the government.
- In the event of any increase in cost of materials or cost of other services that are to be provided under this Contract, Max shall make a proposal to the Client for increase in the charges payable by the Client.
- Minimum lead time of 1-2 weeks should be provided in order to mobilize the manpower to start the contract.
- The prices are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.
- Guarding services will commence after signing of the agreement.
- The proposal being offered to you is subject to modifications in terms of increase or decrease of manpower subject to operational requirements.
- Service tax as applicable will be charged over and above the invoiced value.
